3. SmileData plans are valid as stated under ‘Validity Period’. The data rollover rule applies when there is unused data left at the end of the 30-day validity period except for Unlimited, Daily, Weekly and Gift bundles. The customer can renew their data plan within the 7-day grace period. Unused data can only be rolled over once. More terms related to data rollover is available here.
4. The Smile Forever bundles will be accessible to customers who are recharging using the MySmile App.
5. If the customer’s account does not have any usage activity for more than 90 days, the Smile forever bundle(s) in their account(s) will become invalid.
6. The Smile Forever bundles support SmileVoice and come with Free Smile-to-Smile calls.
7. The Smile forever bundles have a backend validity of 365 days after which they become invalid unless a customer pays for an extension.
8. Access to media via torrent sites are not available with Super TRUEUnlimited bundles.
9. The Snack bundles can only be used with an active Unlimited monthly bundle.
10. Validity of the Snack bundle is dynamic and linked to the validity of the active Unlimited bundle and will expire at the same time.
11. Snack bundles restore data speed of up to 4Mbps.
12. A customer can recharge Snack bundles as many times as possible.
13. Multiple data bundles will be depleted on a ‘first-in, first-out’ basis.
14. The KyookyaWiki data bundle includes a split of 50% Anytime data and 50% Night data. Night data can be used from 6PM to 6AM.
15. The out-of-bundle rate, which is equal to the in-bundle-rate, will be charged to a positive airtime balance in the associated Smile account.
16. DataKing offers 115GB valid for 30 days and keeps you connected with 1GB daily FREE data once the 115GB is used and until the DataKing expires.
17. Once a customer subscribed to DataKing recharges with another data bundle before the expiry of DataKing, the 1GB daily FREE data offer ends.
18. SmileUnlimited data ensures connectivity to the Smile 4G LTE network for a period of 30 days from date of activation.
19. The Fair Usage Policy applies to UnlimitedEssential, UnlimitedEssential PLUS, UnlimitedPremium PLUS, UnlimitedPlatinum PLUS,
20. Super TRUEUnlimited Weekly offers speed up to 2Mbps with NO Data limit.
21. Super TRUEUnlimited Weekly offers speed up to 2Mbps with NO Data limit.
22. SmileUnlimited is available for personal use only and not available for wholesale.
23. SmileUnlimited can be used with one SIM card and one device.
24. Should the usage of a user negatively impact the experience of other customers, the right is reserved to reduce the data speed of such a user.
25. SmileVoice has a fair usage policy of 3,000 minutes per 30 days.
26. SmileVoice calls are charged on a per second basis, from the first second.
27. The MB/minutes call rate is displayed for ease-of-use and calls are charged in kilobytes/second to the active data bundle.
28. International call rates are displayed in call rate per minute and charged per second. The data deducted for international calls are also displayed in MB per minute for ease-of-use.
29. SmileVoice is not available to business customers.
30. SmileVoice is not available for resell or wholesale customers.
31. Refiling is illegal and Smile reserves the right to terminate services provided to any customer should it be suspected that any form of refiling or any other illegal activity is being conducted using SmileVoice or any other Smile service.
